Kyle Heebner



Kyle Heebner, OTR/L, from a very young age himself, has always had a passion in helping kids. He has worked as a pediatric occupational therapy practitioner since 2001, specializing in school-based services. He now has an amazing team of practitioners at HM (Health Management) systems providing early intervention and school-based services. Services are tailored to each unique child to increase their independence as needed to function throughout their daily activities and to help the child and family meet their goals.

Alice Heebner

School-Based Services Director/ Co-Owner


Alice Heebner, OTR/L has been an OT practicing for the past 26 years in the areas of pediatrics and geriatrics. She is currently an OT Supervisor for HM Systems Inc. and is responsible for mentoring and supporting therapists in Southern California. Alice is also responsible for recruitment in school districts, training, and program development.

Tricia Castellan

Chief Operating Officer


Tricia Castellan, OTR/L has been an OT for 18 years with her primary focus in the schools. Before joining HM Systems she worked as a clinical account manager providing support to schools and clinicians throughout the US and its territories. She has presented at OTAC, several universities, and at AOTA’s annual conference. She now supports HM in a variety of ways ensuring we have sustainable growth and continued professional support across all teams.

Tamara Delaney

Early Intervention Director


Tamara Delaney, M.A., OTR/L earned her graduate degree from the University of Southern California and is a former board member of the USC Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy Alumni Association. Tami has worked in pediatrics for over 20 years in clinic, community, school and early intervention settings. She has directed both clinic and early intervention programs and thoroughly enjoys mentoring and learning from other professionals in our field.

Julie Kornbluth

Director of Clinical Services


Julie Kornbluth, MA, OTR/L has been a Pediatric Occupational Therapist since 1998 in multiple states and countries. She has a passion in mentoring, supporting, and empowering providers in the schools, early intervention, and private therapy settings to stay current, advance practice, and share knowledge and resources.
