Home-Based Therapy Services

HMSystems home-based therapy service is provided directly to the child with special needs and therapy support for the caretaker. These therapy sessions are provided in the child’s natural environment (e.g. the home, the park, the library, etc.) within the San Diego area.

School-Based Services

HMSystems therapy services provided in the schools are at the request of the school district. The specific therapy implementation is in accordance with the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). HMSystems has a strong background in education. We provide the most competitive therapy rates in the market, as well as the best communication between our therapists and the schools that we serve.

Occupational Therapy is a health profession that utilizes the application of purposeful, goal directed intervention in the assessment and treatment of individuals with disabilities to facilitate engagement in occupation that supports participation in life.  Below are just a few areas that occupational therapists evaluate and provide intervention:
